Fully Remote, Statewide Voter Contact Program Delivered at Scale with Zero Offices

🎯 Background

In 2025, I served as Training Director for the Susan Crawford for Wisconsin campaign—a statewide virtual canvassing program executed through Revolution Field Strategies. Our goal: launch a high-impact voter contact operation across all 72 counties in Wisconsin, entirely remotely, and do it in under 30 days.

I led the training and activation of over 400 canvassers, while also ensuring all internal managers and leads were fully trained in independent contractor (IC) compliance—keeping the operation fast, legal, and effective.

 

🏃 My Approach

🖥 Virtual Training & Deployment (via Google Meet)

  • Trained 400+ canvassers through live Google Meet sessions
     

  • Delivered digital orientation decks, field guides, and self-serve startup kits
     

  • Facilitated daily briefings and role-play breakouts to sharpen persuasion and objection handling
     

⚖️ IC Compliance Leadership

  • Trained internal staff, regional directors, and leads on independent contractor compliance
     

  • Developed protocols for IC-safe coaching and performance tracking
     

  • Ensured all field direction followed proper legal boundaries
